Peanut butter turns to custard in this delicious dessert recipeSo many of us love the creamy taste of peanut butter. Enjoy this custard version that chills in a pre-baked pie crust. It's fairly easy to make; just be careful and don't burn the milk! Peanut Butter Custard Pie ½ cup granulated
sugar Combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Mix well. Fold in eggs and butter. Scald the milk (avoid boiling or scorching). Add milk slowly to the first mixture. Stir constantly while pouring. Bring this mixture to a boil for just a few seconds, while stirring constantly. Remove to cool and add vanilla. Blend in peanut butter and continue stirring to mix completely. Fill pie crust with
mixture and chill until ready to serve.
