Chicken Dip 4 cups chicken,
cooked and diced A few hours or the
day before (if possible): -Preheat oven to
350 degrees. -Bake for 30 minutes (or until hot). Remove and add the last layer of pico de gallo. Return to oven and heat for an additional 5 minutes. Serve with sour
cream on the side if desired. (Hint: make the chicken another time and
freeze it. You'll always have a stash on hand for quick dips and other
