This baked potato soup adds crunch but little fat and few caloriesPotato soup recipes abound and they are a great wintertime warmer-upper. They are even more delicious when served in bread bowls. This variation adds a little crunch because the skin is allowed to crisp up in the oven first. This is also a great dish for warming up and finishing off the next day. Don't plan on freezing it or leaving it in the fridge too long, though. Crunchy Baked
